1. A far cry from

當兩種事物差別很大，放在一起感覺大相徑庭時，英文可用a far cry from表示。

如：The movie is a far cry from the book.

這部電影和原著比相去甚遠。

2. Be another (thing)

想要說明兩件事有區別，或者一件事比另一件更重要，英文還可以用be another (thing)來強調。

比如：Romance is one thing, marriage is quite another.

追求浪漫是一回事兒，但婚姻又是另一回事兒。

3. A different kettle of fish

Kettle of fish意指“混亂”、“一團糟”，a different kettle of fish這個俚語表示“另一碼事”。
